The Foundation Internet and Society is recognised by the Senate Department for Justice and Consumer Protection as an independent foundation under civil law and has its headquarters in Berlin. The foundation is thus subject to the Supervisory Authority for Foundations in Berlin. It is tax deductible within the meaning of \u00a7 60a para. 1 Tax Code (AO) according to the notice of exemption of 24 June 2015 (Tax number. 27\/641\/06616).
